In 1991 at the initiative of Vladimir Nazarov, three state organisations of the Ministry of average mechanical engineering located in Zhovti Vody, the Dnepropetrovsk area: instrument factory "Elektron", East mountain-concentrating combine and preparation and retraining of personnel Institute, had been created small state enterprise "Positron". The enterprise was in a premise of Institute of preparation and retraining of personnel to the address Ukraine, Zhovti Vody, the Dnepropetrovsk area, Gagarin's street, 38.

Because of impossibility of the organisations-founders to support work МПГ "Positron", in February, 1993, the decision on the beginning of independent activity was accepted. So the society with limited liability «Positron GmbH» was born. At that time very few people else understood, in economic chaos of young, independent Ukraine they should face what organizational difficulties, but the command has stood and has stood all tests. And it is not surprising, after all the enterprise collective consisted of experts of the highest class, the professionals of the business having enormous practical experience of working out, manufacture and introduction of products and projects of any complexity, the past good school of nuclear instrument making of the USSR.

From the moment of enterprise opening in 1991 has passed hardly more than a year, but the amount of works done by experts of the enterprise was huge. The first report on the done work (November, 1992) is more low presented.

- (РДА), contacts to many firms of Germany, manufacturers of radiometric and dosimetric equipment are come into with representatives of the European Community and representatives МАГАТЭ;

- Visits on firms Genitron Instruments GmbH and Berthold, FAG, have allowed to study production nomenclature, the organisation of working out, manufacture and sale, to receive samples of new devices under the control of the maintenance of radon and pollution радионуклидами a foodstuff, developed and made in Germany, Sweden and the USA;

- With firm Genitron Instruments GmbH the contract on service in territory of Ukraine, Belarus and Russia of dosimeters MIRA-661 put by firm within the limits of the humanitarian help is signed;

- 7-9 the first presentation of devices on radiating monitoring, spectrometer and other equipment of firm Berthold and ОRТЕС on the Novovoronezhsky atomic power station is spent;

- Through the European Community there are begun works on attraction of the capital of the European firms to joint working out and кооперированному to manufacture РДА;

- Our representatives have taken part in the international conference "Protection against an ionising radiation for the person and environment" which has passed in Aachen, Germany, in October, 1991 At conference contacts to the German firms working in the field of working out and manufacture of radiometric and dosimetric equipment have been come into;

- Samples of dosimetric and radiometric devices of foreign firms for the control of foodstuff LB 200 Germany, the monitor of radon ATMOS 12 (Sweden), a set explosion-proof электретных radon measuring instruments in water and air, measuring instruments of aerosols трития (system E-RERM, firm RAD ELEC, СШA), a spectrometer portable TISA Germany, dosimeter MIRA-661 for performance of works on a radiation control and the radon control in habitation, to the control of a foodstuff are received.

ANTENNAНаладив close business relations with German firm «Genetron Instruments GmbH», our enterprise advanced on the market of the CIS the automated monitoring system of radiating conditions (АСКРО) - SkyLink. It completely independent system for gathering and data processing about scale a background on district in a current of long time of continuous work in rigid climatic conditions which together with independent the scale monitor GammaTRACER is intended for constant and long-term measurement of capacity of an equivalent dose (МЭД) gamma radiations and ambient temperatures in a place of its arrangement. System SkyLink makes data gathering in an hourly mode in a current more than five years without additional service and replacement of elements of a food.

Actively developing cooperation with our German partners - manufacturers of radiometric and dosimetric devices, «Positron GmbH» has adjusted an industrial line on assemblage of the professional radon-monitor AlphaGUARD intended for continuous automatic measurement of volume activity of radon in air of apartment houses, buildings of social and industrial appointment, and also in atmospheric air, with simultaneous registration of temperature, pressure and relative humidity of air.

Developing radonic subjects, «Positron GmbH» together with УНЦРМ, НПФ "DEW" has developed first own device, radio metre КСИРА 2010Z (a complex of measuring apparatuses of alpha activity of radon in air) our enterprise became which manufacturer. Radio metre КСИРА-2010Z is intended for measurement of equivalent equilibrium volume activity (ЭРОА) radon-222 in air of premises by an integrated method.

In passing with working out of own products, the enterprise was engaged in delivery of production of our foreign partners from Germany, the USA, Sweden, such as:
- Mobile alpha spectroscopic radon-monitor with prorolling of air ATMOS-12D (firm Gammadata, Sweden);
- Passive электретные radon-monitors E-Perm (firm Rad-Elec, the USA);
- A mobile probe for measurement of soil radon: MARKUS-10, and also other devices radiating and a radiation control.

However the heavy economic situation of Ukraine during the period with 1991 for 1995, interfered with development of manufacture of radiating and dosimetric equipment. Demand falling in the market of such devices has put the enterprise before a survival question. Experts except working out of profile products, developed also other production:
- The alarm loud-speaking device (СГУ) «СИГНАЛ-150», intended for the equipment of vehicles of operative and special services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Measures, СБУ, first aid, fire and road services;
- The regulator of temperature РТМ-01 intended for automatic control of temperature of target air in systems of forced ventilation. Electronic regulators of temperature РТМ-01, РТМ-02 - the difficult intellectual microprocessor devices intended for automatic control of a stream of air in systems of forced ventilation by means of management by intensity of a stream of the heat-carrier in a heater blown air;
- The system of the account of milk "Nectar" is intended for the operative automated account of handed over milk, the control of temperature of handed over milk, the control of temperature of milk in each section of the tank, a data recording and transfer on the personal computer.

Thus, still the young and not absolutely got stronger enterprise «Positron GmbH» has managed to survive during the most difficult time, thanks to efficient control has managed to find the place, the niche in the market and to hold positions. «Positron GmbH», despite the young age all was some kind of the innovator in the field of devices and systems of the radiating control for use in the industry, a science, ecology, and it thanks to powerful scientific potential. At the same time, despite the first steps and the first successes, from a management there was conclusive and realised a thought that it is necessary to develop own manufacture, only in it founders saw the enterprise future, that subsequently and has been made.

In 1995 we have moved to a building on Budyonny's street: Ukraine, 52209, the Dnepropetrovsk area a city Yellow Waters, Budyonny's street, 76.

RPS01 Working out and manufacture of the indicator of a total stream neutron and din of radiation РПС-01 "Cordon" became "First signs" on a way of formation and development of industrial potential of Open Company «Positron GmbH». The indicator is created by experts of the enterprise in 1995 under recommendations Госкомграницы of Ukraine. System "Cordon" was optimum entered in the concept of development of the ecological and radio ecological control in check points through frontier of Ukraine. The given concept has been confirmed by the decision of the Cabinet of Ukraine № 198 from 20.03.1995г. And № 113 from 22.01.1995 Indicator RPS-01 "Cordon" is intended for effective detection of radioactive materials of a natural and industrial origin at the continuous control of vehicles, cargoes, passengers, and also the personnel of the enterprises. In 1996 specifications on the indicator, co-ordinated in Gosstandart of Ukraine have been confirmed. In the same, 1996, the certificate of Gosstandart of Russia has been received, and in 1999 the indicator is certificated by Gosstandart of Ukraine.

First indicators RPS-01 "Cordons" of the serial sample have been placed in operation in 1996 on the international terminal «the Airport Kharkov», Kharkov and international autoterminal "Autoport Chop", Uzhgorod. In 1997, indicators have been established on the international terminal «the Airport Dnepropetrovsk», Dnepropetrovsk. The received appreciation of experts of Institute of nuclear researches of Academy of sciences of Ukraine and ВНИИМ of Mendeleyev St.-Petersburg, system "Cordon" deliveries to Germany and the CIS countries have allowed to carry out. Since this moment system "Cordon" has received "school-leaving certificate" and a start in life: Ukrainian ГО "Radon", Kharkov, Leningrad спецкомбинат "Radon", the Center of nuclear researches, Teheran, Open Society «Mariupol metallurgical combine" Azovstal ". The geography of deliveries was very wide and various, both on national economy branches, and on an arrangement of objects.

Despite the first successes, the enterprise did not stop on reached, in 2000-2001 indicator RPS-01 "Cordon" modernisation has been carried out. The radio metre neutron and scale of radiation РКС-02 "Cordon" has been brought in the State registry of means of measuring technics under № У1475-01. Thanks to it quantity the user and geography of deliveries have even more extended: the International transition "check point" Ягодин », Lutsk. Open Society« Metallurgical combine of a full cycle «Запорожсталь», Zaporozhye, Open Society KGMK "Криворожсталь", Krivoi Rog, Joint-Stock Company "Киеввтормет". Indicators and radio metres "Cordon" also are established in systems of radiating safety of all atomic power stations of Ukraine, including ЧАЭС and an alienation Zone.

In parallel with system "Cordon" manufacture, the enterprise, carrying out the technical project of the Zaporozhye atomic power station on modernisation of installations РЗБ-04-04. During short time qualitatively new product - installation alarm РЗБ-04-04М has been developed. During the period with 1996 for 1998 on ЗАЭС it has been put such 5 installations.

In 1998 the next modernisation of installations РЗБ-04-04М with corresponding expansion of the list of solved problems has been spent. New installation has received the name «Radio metre of impurity of surfaces an alpha-and beta - active substances РЗБА-04-04М». As a result, the international tender spent МАГАТЭ, for delivery of such installations for atomic power station "Козлодуй", Bulgaria has been won.

The special place in history of development of the enterprise occupies the International project the Frame agreement between the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development and the Government of Ukraine. Within the limits of the given project «Positron GmbH» has made and has put in operation 40 radio metres РЗБА-04-04М for Санпропускника the joint venture 1430 GSP «the Chernobyl atomic power station». It was the first serious test for all enterprise and very big responsibility, but also here "Positron" has proved to be the reliable and responsible partner to which by right can be entrusted the decision of the challenge. Today radio metres РЗБА-04-04М successfully maintain all the atomic power station of Ukraine, and also on objects ХОЯТ-2, Саншлюз object "Shelter", GSP «the Chernobyl atomic power station» and on many other things objects, both in Ukraine, and behind its limits.

Work on creation of multichannel installation of the automated gathering, processing, representation of the information and management of gauges "Пульс-1М" has begun as early as 1995 when the enterprise has acquired the licence for the right designing, manufacturing and delivery of devices and systems of the radiating control. For delivery to the South Ukrainian atomic power station installation «Pulse 1М» has passed certification on ДСТУ 3413.

In 1998 2nd analyzer "Пульс-1М" on the Khmelnitskiy atomic power station with connection of 200 blocks of detecting has been put.

Being based on operating experience received as a result of established early devices, installation modernisation «Пульс-1М» and in 2003, successfully having passed the state tests has been spent, the analyzer multichannel parallel account АМП-12 “Пульс-1А» has been started in a batch production.

Same year analyzer APM-12 "Пульс-1А" actively takes root on nuclear stations of Ukraine, and one analyzer «Pulse 1А» Lithuania has been put for experimental operation on the Ignalina atomic power station. Having estimated high technical possibilities of the analyzer, Lithuanian атомщики, in 2005 have got 19 more analyzers AMP-12 «Pulse 1А» for modernisation of the automated system of the radiating control (АСРК) the Ignalina atomic power station.

In 2000 «Positron GmbH» has developed the monitoring system behind preservation and moving of a radioactive waste, and also sources of an ionising radiation within storehouse of the Russian Open Society which is maintained at the Ukrainian state association "Radon", Kharkov.

Dosimeter-radio metre МКС-2001 developed in 2003 for needs of atomic power stations uses the big popularity. The first "field" tests the new device has passed on the Rovno atomic power station (4th power unit). Having shown reliability and convenience in operation dosimeter-radio metre МКС-2001 has begun the procession on atomic power stations of Ukraine: the Rovno, Khmelnitskiy, Chernobyl and Zaporozhye atomic power station.

For needs of an iron and steel industry, «Positron GmbH» has developed and has introduced in manufacture radio metre of specific activity радионуклидов in tests of steel РУГ-2001. It is necessary to notice, that one largest metallurgical combines of Ukraine: Open Societies «the Mariupol metallurgical combine of Ilyich», Open Society "КГМК" Krivorozhstal », Open Society" Запорожсталь "since 2003 successfully use radio metre РУГ-2001 which allows to make radiological examination of tests of the steel made by these giants of the industry, and gives them confidence of radiological cleanliness of made production.

In 2004 we have got a new building and have begun works on its reconstruction. In 2006 we have celebrated house warming.

In 2005 in manufacture the new block of detecting БДМГ-04 intended for measurement of capacity of an equivalent dose of gamma radiation is started. On the basis of positive acceptance tests, on November, 16th, 2005, the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and the consumer policy had been confirmed type of means of measuring technics "Blocks of detecting БДМГ-04" at number UA-MI/1p-1781-2005.

In 2007 working out has been finished, and pre-production models of a DB with high-temperature ФЭУ have been made, that has allowed to expand a ruler of executions МКС-2001с БДПГ-01; working out is finished and there is begun release of radio metre РЗБА-04-04М with two disciplinary barriers (the compulsory control), and light-emitting diode indexation of serviceability of counters in channels 1-15 and as radio metre РЗБА-04-04М intended for the control of hands in which all parts, blocks and radio metre knots are united in one case.

In 2008 there has been developed and begun release of dosimeter-radio metre МКС-2001 execution 14 and 18 for measurement of volume activity радионуклидов gamma radiations in a liquid (it can be applied to replacement of the device of detecting УДЖГ-04Р and УДЖГ-14Р1 accordingly at modernisation АКРБ); working out of the block of alarm system BITS-17-03 and БИЦ-17-05 (from structure of dosimeter-radio metre МКС-2001) is finished. On the basis of positive results of the state reception tests the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and the consumer policy confirms type of means of measuring technics radio metre of specific activity РУГ-2001. It is brought in the state register of means of measuring technics behind number У2790-08.

In 2009 there is developed and begun release of the block of processing of information БОИ-15; working out of radio metre of volume activity of radon-222 РГА-2006 intended for measurement of volume activity of radon-222 in air and the simultaneous control (in a display mode) temperatures, pressure and humidity is finished. At present the radio metre passes tests.

Throughout all period of existence «Positron GmbH» develops and makes, modernises and will improve, deduces all new both new systems and devices on the market, to us trust more and more difficult and responsible projects and we with success with them consults.
