In 1991 at the initiative of Vladimir Nazarov, three state organisations of the Ministry of average mechanical engineering located in Zhovti Vody, the Dnepropetrovsk area: instrument factory "Elektron", East mountain-concentrating combine and preparation and retraining of personnel Institute, had been created small state enterprise "Positron".
In 1993 enterprise "Positron" has been transformed to a society with limited liability “Positron GmbH”. Open Company enterprise «Positron GmbH» is the collective enterprise operating on the basis of the Charter, registered by the decision № 81 from 11.02.93 г Zheltovodsky executive committee of city council of People's Deputies. ISO 9000 - a series of standards of the International organisation on standardization (International Organization for Standardization, ISO) which are applied at the organisation of a control system by quality.
Standard ISO 9001 contains a set of requirements to quality management systems. Conformity to requirements and recommendations of these standards speaks about ability of the enterprise to support stability of quality and to improve productivity of the work. Also conformity to requirements ISO 9001 testifies to high level of reliability of the supplier.
