Destination
- The block has intended for the
bleeding air through metering devices of settings UDA-1AB, UDG-1B and
UDGB-01Т
(production
of scientific production enterprise "DOSA", Russia).
It is working in unison (pneumatic tandem connection of settings
UDA-1AB, UDG-1B and the block).
- The block does controlled of a band filter dirtiness of a setting
UDA-1AB and initiates change of a frame by band filter of a setting
UDA-1AB.
- The block does controlled of a band filter integrity of a setting
UDA-1AB and excites issue of an emergency signal by setting UDA-1AB at
the damage of a band filter.
Sampling of air could be carry out as immediately from an atmosphere of industrial premises, and at the help isokinetic sonde from vent
systems of Nuclear Power Plants (trier OS-1700 ("AMETЕК", USA)).
ADVANTAGES:
The block does ensuring constant air
consumption through measuring gears and the settings. Value of an
expense can be variated at the help adjusting parameters;
- The block does produced diagnostic of built-in devices;
- The block does triggered a pressure difference on the measuring
devices and settings.
Pump blocks BN-01-02 and BN-01-03:
- had allowing to control temperature in a line of assay delivery to settings
UDA-1AB and UDGГ-1B for non-admissionwith a moisture condensation on
walls of the pipe duct;
- are equipped by two pompes working by a principle of "hot" reservation
(at abandoning the basic pompe doing automatic change-over to the
reserve);
- had ensuring the regulation of drawn air in dependence from an
expenditure for environment of sampling;
- had realizing the monitoring of pressure difference on an analytical
filter (measuring equipment), a diagnostics of built-in devices and a
choronomic consumption indicator and a temperature detector.
